(1) The investigation of the crime under this Act shall be initiated by at least non Gazette first class Assistant
technician of the Quarantine Check Post and upon the completion of the investigation he/she shall file the case to the Judicial Authority.
(2) The crime investigation personnel may seek an advice with Government Attorney before filing the case to the Judicial Authority.
